With Litha in mind, we want to remember to allow our hearts to remain open to receive all of the light and to allow energy to flow through us- especially during the time of Litha's bright light! The light is abundance and the blessings of the sun are always shining on you, so it can be beneficial to check in with yourself and allow your heart to be open for receiving that light!
Mid-summer, Litha, marks the longest day of the year and is a celebration of the sun's full strength. The darkest shadows also fall from the brightest lights.
